I am passionate about helping supervisees develop into competent, ethical, and culturally aware and sensitive professional counselors. While one of my main charges as a supervisor is to protect the public, my main focus towards my supervisees is to support them being the best versions of themselves as human beings and as future counselors. My role as a supervisor is to act as a teacher and mentor and confidante/counselor. I believe in meeting my supervisees where they are at and meeting their supervision needs, however varied those might be from each supervisee to different weeks of supervision.
